You have a special price valid through a specific date. Does that mean I have to be complete with my continuing education by that same date?
No. That date is just the deadline for enrollment only. All courses and course packages will set for an initial 90 days. After that, if you need additional time, just let us know. WE ALWAYS GIVE AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
I need more than one 14-hour cycle of continuing education to get caught up. Do you have a special price for me?
Yes! Call us at 1-866-353-0180 or email us at email@example.com, and we'll give you a discount if you buy two 14-hour packages.
What is your Goof-Proof Guarantee?
This guarantee is for our CILB and PCCLB licensees. If you purchase a 14-hour package, a pre-configured or a Pick-Your-Own, and you leave one or more requirements out, you can make up those requirements at no extra charge. You don't have to worry about selecting the wrong package anymore!
I took 14 hours from you for my last renewal. Will the CILB (or PCCLB) give me credit if I take the exact same courses again?
Yes! We have students who like to take the same courses each renewal period, and they receive full credit.
I've logged into my user account and am trying to enroll for a course/course package, but the system is telling me I'm already enrolled for it. How do I enroll?
You probably took that course last time, and the record hasn't yet been archived. You can either call us or email us and tell us to remove it so you can enroll, or you can just click on "Enroll" next to the course you want on our Enroll/Sign In page and create a new account.
Do your course enrollment fees cover everything, or are there backend or hidden fees you'll hit me with later?
We don't surprise you with any backend or hidden fees. The price for a course or course package covers everything - customer service should you need us while you're taking the course(s), reporting of your hours to your licensing agency (if your licensing agency requires it) and mailing (or emailing) of your certificates to the address you provide once you're done.
